We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days from receiving your item to request a return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@airvanapro.com. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods, custom, or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@airvanapro.com.
